"I called the local Remax office as I'd used Remax previously and was lucky enough to be connected to Susan. We didn't know Susan prior to engaging her to sell our mother's home in Shadyside. But, we could tell after interviewing a few other realtors that Susan was clearly the right person for the job. There were also some other challenges given our mother's advanced age and in preparing the home for sale. But, Susan always provided sound advice on what we should do to prepare the home for sale, in pricing negotiations and closing on the sale as quickly as we possible.
